
Optometrist
Dr. Blake was born and raised in Richfield, Utah. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University in 2012 and his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2016. He has a passion for treating patients with all kinds of binocular vision problems stemming from eye turns, amblyopia (lazy eye), binocular vision dysfunction, as well as concussion vision rehabilitation, and acquired brain injury. While passionate about pediatric care and vision therapy, he also focuses on helping patients of all ages focus on preventing eye diseases associated with aging like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts, and diabetic eye disease.

Erin has a true passion for vision therapy. She taught young children for fourteen years as an Early Childhood Educator in both public and private schools before discovering her real passion in vision therapy. Erin worked for five years as a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist at Utah Vision Development Center.

Roxy brings a wealth of experience to Little Valley Eye Care. Roxy is a true “lifer” in the eye care industry. She has worked in private practices, large retail settings like ShopKo and Target Optical, and prestigious hospital environments such as the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah and the Ophthalmology department at the University of Iowa.
